Role:
Technical

Technology Used:
SpriteKit, AVFoundation, Animation

Lesson Learned:
- Develop a 2D iOS game

When Nano Challenge 3 started, I was excited to hear that this challenge is to develop a Game. I love playing games and I looked forward to learn how to make my own iOS game. I got to pick my own team for this challenge, as long as they were mentees from two other personal mentors. We had some disagreements on the brainstorming process, we couldn’t agree on a solution. At the end, we had to move forward because of the 2-week deadline and settled on creating a storybook game.

I was excited to learn iOS Game Development process. It was fun playing with SpriteKit and animating assets. We had a Sound Design Workshop from the Academy and was nudged to create our own sounds. I brushed up my GarageBand skills and created a simple jingle for the app music.
